• Contact form: name, e-mail address, message content – purpose: customer communication.

• Google Analytics cookies: partial IP addresses, browsing data – purpose: traffic measurement and statistics.

• Contact form: consent of the data subject.

• Google Analytics: consent (given through the cookie banner).

4. Data Transfers / Data Processors

• Wix.com Ltd. (web hosting provider, data processor): data is primarily stored within the European Union, but for security and service reasons may also be processed in other regions (e.g. USA, Israel). Data transfers are carried out under the GDPR-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

• Google LLC (Google Analytics): processing of statistical data, with possible data transfers outside the EU based on the above safeguards.

• Contact form messages: up to 1 year, or until the inquiry is resolved.

• Google Analytics: user-level data is retained for 14 months, and event-level data for 2 months, after which the data is automatically deleted.
